Description
The barrel end fitting on the new style Standard Kit now holds onto the exhausts o ring groove instead of the back of the flange.
Note – To use the new style Standard Kit, you will need to remove the O Ring that is furthest away from the end of your exhaust.
Please check any exhausts that you want to use the kit on; match the dimensions shown in the pictures before you order. The silencer end dimensions are the outside diameter, most of the recent KTM, Husqvarna and Beta 250cc / 300cc are 30mm, but not all so please check.

Please note,
Using water pressure to remove dents from a 2 two stroke expansion chamber is effective but it is not an exact science. A two stroke expansion chamber is designed and manufactured to be exactly that, it is not designed to be filled with pressurised water. This kit is intended to make it easier for someone who wants to use water pressure to straighten an exhaust/two stroke expansion chamber.
** Water pressure will always try to push a pipe into a round shape, if any part of an exhaust is not round water pressure may push the exhaust out of alignment. For example; with the 2020 onwards KTM/ Husqvarna ribbed pipes, water pressure may try to push them out of alignment.
The Hydraforce blow out kit is a precision engineered tool, designed to seal each end of your exhaust under pressure. It is machined in the UK from brass, aluminium and carbon steel. This kit comes complete with a budget, but very capable, imported hand pressure pump – some assembly will be required.
Everything you need to blow dents out of your exhaust is included in this kit. All you need to provide is water and a few spanners. Simply fit the tool to each end of the exhaust, fill with water ( Please read the warning below) then pressurise with the pump provided.
The kit includes
- Barrel end fitting
- 30mm fitting for the silencer end
- Hand pressure pump
- 40mm spanner
- O rings and spare O rings
You Will need
- 10mm Spanner or socket
- 19mm Spanner
- 27mm Spanner or socket
- Soft head mallet
Warning
High pressure can be very dangerous and cause serious injury or death. This tool should only be used by a competent person and they do so at their own risk, keep children away whilst this tool is in use. The manufacturer or suppliers of this tool do not take responsibility of any accident or injury.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO MAKE SURE ALL THE AIR IS REMOVED FROM THE SYSTEM PLEASE WATCH THE “HOW TO USE” VIDEO
Compressed air is like a compressed spring, when it is released things can fly off at high speed. You can not compress water so it is safe providing all the air is removed from the system.

I used my Hydraforce kit yesterday for the first time. It worked perfectly. I am a CNC machinist and I just wanted to let you know what an excellent and beautifully made product you have!
